This website is operated by Gentlemen's Reserve ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Using our store

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live. You may not use our products or this site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or in a way that breaks any law.

Products, colours and pricing

We try to show our products and their colours as accurately as possible, but colours can look different from screen to screen. Prices, products and offers may change at any time without notice. Sale prices apply only while the sale is shown on the site.

A set is made up of individual pieces. When you buy a set, each piece is listed in your order and may ship separately.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit quantities, for example if a product is unavailable, if there's an error in a price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment and account information

You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date so we can complete your order and contact you when needed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Checkout.

Shipping, returns and privacy

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party links and tools

Our site may link to or use services provided by third parties. We aren't responsible for their content, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Errors

Occasionally our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We may correct them, and change or update information or cancel orders because of them, at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentlemen's Reserve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Gentlemen's Reserve harmless from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
