Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the US, please get in touch. We'd like to hear where you're shopping from as we plan future shipping destinations.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $6.99
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
The shipping options and costs available for your address are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, based on the shipping option you choose. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Orders with more than one item
Pieces in the same order, including the pieces that make up a set, may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. If that happens, you'll receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we may no longer be able to change the address.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us with your order number and we'll help.
